Payment
All major credit cards accepted; VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card. Billing address must be correctly entered to confirm credit card purchases. 7% Tax will be charged on all Florida purchases.

International orders are subject to indepth credit card verification. It is recommended that foreign customers purchase by means of a money order.

Out-of-Stock / Backordered
If an item is out-of-stock or on backorder you will be immediately notified via email. The remaining items will be shipped and charged. The out-of-stock item will be shipped and separately charged when it becomes available. Please notify pilotshop@wayman.net if you would like to cancel the remaining order.

Shipping
All orders are process Monday through Friday. Wayman Pilot Supplies utilizes UPS ground shipping within the continental US. Priority shipping will incur additional shipping charges, please make your selection at the time of checkout. Wayman Pilot Supplies is currently not shipping to international destinations but international orders are still accepted for local pick up if you are in the greater Miami area.

Returns
14 day Return Policy.
In order to facilitate a return the customer must contact Wayman Pilot Supplies and request a Return Authorization. All returns must be postmarked for return within 14 days of receipt by the customer. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all items. All items must be 100% complete including the original box, all packaging, warranty cards, documentation, and accessories. Items that require service under warranty should be sent to the manufacturer.

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds on:
- Dated Materials (Charts, Calendars, & Planners)
- Incomplete Packages
- Software & Videos can only be exchanged if defective, and only for the same item.
